[15013] Acquisition module not connected!
If you get the error message Acquisition module not connected! Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.
Step 1 - restart the software
- Click OK on the error message

- Click on Quit Program in the bottom left-hand corner.

- Click OK

- Ensure the ECG machine is plugged into the PC correctly before trying again.
Step 2 - check that the software can detect the ECG machine
If step 1 doesn't resolve the problem, you will need to check that the software is detecting the ECG machine.
- Click OK on the error message

- Click on System Configuration

- Click on the Option Code tab at the top of the window

- Look for the Internal Serial Number. If it's 0, that means the software isn't detecting the device
- Click OK, then close the software down again.
- Move the ECG machine to a different USB port and try again.
