[6400] Note: The "Record" function is available only in conjunction with the "Rest ECG, Standard" option!
When you get this error message, it indicates that there is an issue with the option codes configured within the CardioSoft software. Follow the steps below to check the option codes and how to correct this.

Step 1 - restart the software
- Click OK on the error message

- Click on Home in the top right-hand corner.

- Click on Quit Program in the bottom left-hand corner.

- Click OK

- Ensure the ECG machine is plugged into the PC correctly before trying again.
- If the error reoccurs, move to step 2
Step 2 - Checking the option codes.
- Click OK on the error message
- Click on the Home button in the top right-hand corner.

- Click on System Configuration on the right-hand side.

- Select the Option Code tab at the top of the window.

- Down the left-hand side, if you can only see all red Xs, this indicates that the correct Option Codes are not applied.

- Close the window by clicking OK
- Click Quit Program

- Click OK

Step 3 - Applying the correct codes
- Open the Intelligent Integration Interface

- Select ECG

- In the Choose device box, use the drop-down menu to locate your ECG machine.
- If it is your own ECG machine, this will often be called ECG - <serial number> or simply ECG1
- If it is one of our loan machines, it will be called CAMConnect_<machine number>
- In my example, I had CAMConnect_001 selected, but the machine itself is ECG - 101249100

- If you do not have the option to Choose device enabled, please go to How enable Choose device to switch between ECG machines for information on how to enable this.
