How to amend the Clinical Codes

It is possible to change the codes and descriptions that Intelligent Integration Interface files into the clinical record.

Before amending anything, firstly, you will need to work out what coded entry you want the Intelligent Integration Interface to use. To see the complete list of what codes are filed by default by the software, go to Intelligent Integration Interface Filed Clinical Terms. To change the clinical code, you will need a daily password. You can request this either via the chat button on this page or by calling 0114 399 0010, option 3, option 2.
