Configurable options

If you make any changes to these settings, please ensure you click Save Preferences at the bottom of the screen once done.
  1. Text-to-speech status - if this is enabled, the Patient call will read out the text from the announcement. If this is disabled, only the sound effect will be used.

  2. TTS voice is the voice used when reading out the announcement.
  3. Sound effect is the alert that occurs to announce the call; the default and most used is the Doorbell
  4. Call duration is how long a call announcement will stay on the TV screen
  5. Font size is how large the text will be for the call announcement
  6. Background is the colour of the call announcement as it appears on screen. You can either enter a colour name (must be a single word) or if you know the HEX code for the exact shade you can use that
  7. Foreground is the text colour of the call announcement, like the background, you can either enter a colour name or a HEX code.
  8. Announcement volume is how loud the call announcement will be; if 100% it will play as loud as the volume is set on the TV itself.
  9. Background volume allows you to have the audio from the CodaSign Media Player still be heard while a call announcement is being made.
