Calls not working.

1. Check the Call Agent Power

Make sure the Envisage Call Agent is powered on.

  • For SystmOne sites: The Call Agent is usually connected to a reception PC.
  • For EMIS Web sites: The Call Agent is often installed in a central area, such as a comms or server room.

The Call Agent has a power button on the unit. This button should be lit when the device is on.

 

2. What To Do If the Power Light Is Off

If the power button is not lit:

  1. Check that the unit is plugged in and the mains power is switched on.
  2. Press the power button to turn the Call Agent on.
  3. Wait a few seconds for the unit to boot.

 

3. If the Unit Still Does Not Power On

If the power light still does not come on after checking the power and pressing the button:
