Cleaning and Disinfecting the Sunvou FeNO Monitor
Each test is performed using a disposable bacterial and viral
filtered mouthpiece, which is 99.99% efficient; there is minimal risk of
cross-infection. A replacement handpiece is supplied with every 100 mouthpieces.
Routine Cleaning
To
clean all parts of the Sunvou FeNO monitor, use a damp cloth to gently wipe the
monitor down.
Disinfecting
Use non-alcohol-based disinfectants. It is recommended to
use disinfectant wipes (with quaternary ammonium content (w/v) 0.18% ~ 0.22%)
to disinfect the instrument surface (including the handpiece).
