CodaSign Guide Part 10 - Display Groups
The Display Groups feature is useful when you have a large number of displays within your organisation. It allows you to organise them into separate groups, making it easier to manage and assign content.
Creating your Groups
- Click

- Click

- Click
.

- Enter a name for your new group.

- Select which displays should be included by ticking the checkbox next to each display.

- Click

- Your Group will now show in the list.

- Repeat steps 3 to 6 to create additional groups.
Editing or deleting a group
- Click the
button on the right-hand side of the group name.
- Make your changes and click


- To delete a group, click the
button on the right-hand side of the group name.
Assigning playlists or schedules to your Groups
- Open the playlist or schedule you want to assign.
- Click

- Scroll to the bottom of the list to find your Display Groups.
- Click the group you want to assign the playlist or schedule to. This will apply the selected playlist or schedule to all displays within that group.
