Instructions for connecting via Wi-Fi.

Your device may warn you there’s no internet — this is expected.
3. Open the Setup Page
Once connected:
A setup page should automatically appear (a captive portal).
If it doesn’t, open a browser and go to: http://codapod as directed on screen
4. Enter Your Practice WiFi Details
You’ll see a simple form asking you to configure the system:
• WiFi Network Name (SSID) – e.g., MyPracticeWiFi
• WiFi Password (and repeat to confirm)
Please ensure these are entered exactly as they are configured — including upper- and lower-case letters, ensuring no trailing spaces are left at the end of the password.
Tap Next to complete the steps.
Note: The device does not check if the details are correct at this stage. Please double-check spelling before continuing.
5. Rebooting to complete setup
Once you’ve completed the configuration system with your WiFi details, you’ll be asked to reboot
• Select Reboot.
• Wait 15-30 seconds for the Media Player to reboot.
The Media Player will now attempt to connect to your WiFi network using the saved details you entered in the previous step.
6. Complete Setup & Registration
If the WiFi details were correct, the Media Player will now connect to the internet and automatically continue to the registration screen.
If it does not proceed:
• You can press the power button once to pull up the Status Screen, which will show any connection issues:
• Should there be any errors in red, please check the WiFi details and consider connecting another device to confirm there is no incorrect information being entered.
• If errors are found, you’ll need to re-enter the WiFi details again by following steps 2-5. To return to the Welcome message, press the power button 4 times to initiate the Factory Reset option, which takes 10 seconds to perform. The Media Player will power o at this point, so please press the power button once again to power on.
Tip: Consider using a physical Ethernet cable if possible, for a quicker & more reliable setup.
