- Plug the dock into the mains power adapter and place the device on top of the dock. It must be charged for a minimum of 4 hours before use. Alternatively, you can charge it via the cable.
- Leave the unit on charge for a few hours. If the issue persists, disconnect the service door at the back of the unit using the screwdriver provided, and try reseating the battery.
