If the Intelligent Integration Interface software runs into problems on launch, it will often show as a fatal error. 

This usually indicates an issue with the settings files, typically when restrictions are applied to the PC or the folders where the settings are stored. 

To resolve this issue please contact the support team who will be able to remote onto your PC to identify and resolve the problem.
