GE CardioSoft CAMConnect PDF file doesn't exist
When attempting to file an ECG that you have captured, if the software gives an error stating that the PDF file doesn't exist. Can't process further. Follow the steps below to determine the cause and to resolve this issue.
Step 1 - Offline Database
- Ensure that your ECG machine is plugged into the PC.
- Open CardioSoft from the desktop.

- In the bottom right-hand corner, make sure the Database says Online. If it says online, click on the button, and it will switch to Online.

- Quit Program.

- Try your ECG again.
Step 2 - PDF Export Isn't Enabled
- Ensure that your ECG machine is plugged into the PC.
- Open CardioSoft from the desktop.

- Click System Configuration on the right-hand side.

- Click Export to the bottom right.

- Put a tick in the PDF tick box option for Export after each examination.

- Click OK.
- Click Quit Program

- You can now attempt to take your ECG again, and the PDF should now export.
