Mobil-o-Graph Device Not Connecting
This guide will show you how to configure
the Port settings for the HMS Client Server and the Mobil-o-Graph download cable if the software isn't detecting the device or if you get a replacement download cable.
- Open the HMS Client Server via the
icon on the desktop

- Double-click on John Doe; for some installations, this step may not be necessary.

- Click the 3 dots at the top of the
screen

- Go to Port Settings

- Ensure that the Mobil-o-Graph is
connected with CO on its screen, then click Add device

- Click Search
- Make sure it has detected your
device, and then click Save – please note your Interface may display a different
COM number

- Click Save
- Exit the software before attempting to use the system in your normal manner.
Your software is now ready for use, and you are able to use the Mobil-o-Graph. If you have any issues or problems
