Mobil-o-Graph Device Not Connecting

This guide will show you how to configure the Port settings for the HMS Client Server and the Mobil-o-Graph download cable if the software isn't detecting the device or if you get a replacement download cable.
  1. Open the HMS Client Server via the icon on the desktop

  2. Double-click on John Doe; for some installations, this step may not be necessary.

  3. Click the 3 dots at the top of the screen

  4. Go to Port Settings

  5. Ensure that the Mobil-o-Graph is connected with CO on its screen, then click Add device

  6. Click Search

  7. Make sure it has detected your device, and then click Save – please note your Interface may display a different COM number

  8. Click Save
  9. Exit the software before attempting to use the system in your normal manner.
