How to limit which branch patients can check in at.
With the Envisage Check-In, you can limit which sites patients can check in at via the software settings. The software will be installed on a single PC within the surgery, often a reception PC if EMIS web and Vision, or the Gateway if TPP SystmOne. The software launches automatically upon startup when installed. Follow the steps below to see how to adjust this setting.
On the PC that has the software installed, ensure that the clinical system is running. Then go to the notification tray in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You may need to click the ^ to access it. You need to look for the Check-In icon .
Right-click on the Check-In icon and select settings
Select the Branches menu on the left-hand side, then choose the physical site where your Envisage Check-In is installed. As soon as you click close, the system will restrict the check-in to that physical site
