How to minimise Check EMIS Web is Open errors
The error indicates a problem with the connection to the EMIS web. To help reduce the occurrence of this, Numed recommends keeping the EMIS web window open on the desktop at all times, especially when working with third-party products. (Do not minimise the EMIS web window to the taskbar.)
The EMIS web will only integrate with the first open session of EMIS. To prevent problems, only keep one EMIS web session open at all times (EMIS also recommend only having one session open at a time).
If you have multiple users using a PC, ensure that they log out fully of Windows once they’ve finished working on that PC. To check if there are other people signed into a PC, please follow these steps:
- Right-click on the start menu on the PC and select Task Manager

- If required, click More details

- Select the Users tab

- If more than one user is listed, you will need to restart the PC before trying to run the I3 software again
