Mobil-o-Graph ABPM with Integration User Guide
Use this guide to see how to use your Mobil-o-Graph ABPM device and transfer the results back to the clinical system. Please follow the steps below.
Preparing the device
- Connect the Mobil-o-Graph download cable to your PC or laptop.

- Connect the download cable to the Mobil-o-Graph and power on the device. "CO" should appear in the display window.

- Open the patient's clinical record in your clinical system
- Vision Hosted and AEROS sites must ensure that the Numed Enterprise Link software is running on the remote desktop
- Double-click the Intellitent Integration Interface icon on your desktop.

- Click the Start button.

- Select BP from the product selection screen.

- Select Preparing

- Confirm the patient details are correct and click Yes ot confirm, this will launch the HMS Client-Server software.

- Confirm that the patient information has transferred correctly, and then click the “Device communication” button.

- Select “Prepare Device.”

- On the prepare device box, once you have ensured all previous measurements have been downloaded from the device,

- Click “Delete Measurements.”
- Click “Set clock of device.”
- Click “Send Patient ID.”
- For the protocol

- If you want to stop patients from seeing their blood pressure readings, turn off the Display of measured values
- Set the first Daytime Interval to when the patient is likely to wake up and the Night Interval to when the patient is likely to go to bed.
- Please note that the times are based on the 24-hour clock and are hours only
- Set the “Measurements” per hour to the required number for each of the four intervals.
- 2 measurements per hour for the daytime and 1 measurement per hour for the nighttime is the norm
- Click “Save” followed by “OK.”
- You can now exit the software
- Click “OK” on the “No GDT transfer.”

- Click “OK” on the success message.

Fitting the device to your patient and the first manual reading
- Unplug the Mobil-O-Graph from the download cable and ensure that the time is displayed on the screen.
- Place the Mobil-O-Graph in the pouch and fit the correctly sized cuff to your patient.
- You are now ready to take your first measurement. To start the manual measurement, press the Start / Stop button located on the front of the device.

- Once the manual measurement has been taken, your patient is ready to leave. The device will take measurements based on the schedule you’ve set
Downloading the results
- Turn the device off and disconnect your patient
- Connect the Mobil-o-Graph download cable to your PC or laptop.

- Connect the download cable to the Mobil-o-Graph and power on the device. "CO" should appear in the display window.

- Open the patient's clinical record in your clinical system
- Vision Hosted and AEROS sites must ensure that the Numed Enterprise Link software is running on the remote desktop
- Double-click the Intellitent Integration Interface icon on your desktop.

- Click the Start button.

- Select BP from the product selection screen.

- Select Reading

- Confirm the patient details are correct and click Yes ot confirm, this will launch the HMS Client-Server software.

- Confirm that the patient information has transferred correctly, and then click the “Device communication” button.

- Select “Read-out Device.”

- Confirm the patient is correct by clicking “Yes.”
- Once the results have been downloaded, you will be asked if you want to remove the readings from the device. Choose your preferred option.

- Once you see the results on screen, close the window to start filing the results back to the clinical system.
- Click “OK” to transfer the measurement series.
- The I3 interface will then present you with a summary of the codes and values that can be filed back to your clinical system. Codes with data values available will automatically be selected. Select and deselect any codes you wish to include/remove.
- Click “File” to send your results to the clinical system. A success message will now appear.
