Patient Call Configuration in EMIS web
The guide goes through how to configure the EMIS web for the CodaSign Patient Call when the system is installed, or you've made changes within the clinical rooms at the surgery.
Before starting, you need to ensure that you have a list of all the PC names or asset tags from each room.
Emis Web Configuration
- Go to your Appointment Book and click Appts Config

- Click LED Screens

- If there are no entries in the LED Screens box at the top, click
. Otherwise, select the entry and click. 


- Numed does not recommend using the Session Holder LED Alias feature.
- Fill out the Description and Service Identifier - The description is normally the physical site name, and the Service Identifier will be your EMIS cdb number.
- Numed does not recommend using the Messages of the day feature.
- Click on the Computers using the LED screen tab.

- If no Computers are in the list, or to add more rooms, click the
button.
- Fill out the room name and the Computer name, which will be the PC name or asset tag from the computer in that room. Then click OK.

- If you need to amend an existing Computer/room, select the entry and click
.

- Once all entries or amendments have been made, click OK.

- Click
’ to finalise the configuration.

- Click OK
