If your SpiroConnect device is failing to establish a connection with the software, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Restart the Software and Reconnect the Dongle

  • Close the software completely.
  • Disconnect the Bluetooth dongle from the USB port on your PC or laptop.
  • Reconnect the dongle and wait a few seconds.
  • Restart the software and allow it to fully load before attempting to connect.
    • ⚠️ Important: The SpiroConnect device can only connect once the software has loaded.

2. Check the Batteries

  • Try replacing the batteries with a fresh set to ensure adequate power.

3. Remove Any Attached Cables

  • Ensure no cable is connected to your SpiroConnect device, as this disables Bluetooth functionality.

4. Adjust Power Settings (For Laptops)

  • If using a laptop, adjust the power plan to 'High Performance':
