Begin by confirming that the Media Player is powered on.
Single-screen setups: The Media Player is usually located directly behind the display. Ensure the unit has power. If it is switched off, press the power button and wait a few seconds. The TV should begin showing content shortly after the player boots.
Multi-screen setups: The media player is often installed in a central location such as a comms or server room. Locate the unit, press the power button if needed, and allow it time to start up. Once powered, all connected screens should begin displaying images.
If the screen still shows No Signal, verify that the TV is set to the correct input.
Envisage systems display through HDMI.
Using the TV remote, press the Input or Source button.
Select the HDMI input. Some TVs have multiple HDMI ports labelled HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3—if unsure, cycle through each option until the correct signal appears.
If powering the Media Player and selecting the correct input does not resolve the issue, check the cabling around the Envisage media player.
Look for any loose or disconnected cables.
The splitter will have several indicator lights for power, input, and each output going to the screens.
These indicators can help identify where the signal may be failing and provide useful information if you need to contact support.
