Using Your Schiller MS-12 ECG machine without Integration
If your clinical system is down or you are not connected to the internet, follow the steps in the guide below to take, print, and export your ECG as a PDF.
Before starting, please ensure that your ECG machine is plugged into the PC or laptop.
Taking your ECG
Launch CS-104 from your desktop
Enter the supplied username and password
Username = Numed-I3
Password = Numed1 If you do not use our Intelligent Integration Interface (I3) normally, the above login details will likely not work.
Select Patient search
Click the add patient icon
Fill the add patient form out with as much information as possible - the minimum you need is a Patient ID - then click Save patient
Click Resting
Connect the patient to the electrodes and start a trace on the screen. When satisfied, either click Auto or press the Start button on the machine.
To print a paper copy or export a PDF click the symbol on the left hand side
Select Rhythms Grid, 25 mm/s
Make sure you store the recording
Once you regain access to the clinical system, you can attach the PDF to the patient's record.
It is important to verify any diagnostic report by reviewing the data to ensure the information is correct.
