Write XML Error: Could not find part of the path

If you encounter a 'Write XML Error: Could not find part of the path' error when attempting to use your Universal Smart ECG machine, follow the instructions below to resolve this issue.

This guide can also be used by customers with a Universal USB ECG machine.

  1. Open CardioView from the desktop

  2. Click on ECG SETTINGS

  3. Set the Measurement System to Metric
  4. On the Analysis tab, some surgeries prefer to change the QTc Calculation to Fridericia. This is a clinical decision, and we would recommend speaking with your GP or consultant if you are unsure. This will affect how the software measures QTc on the reports. Bazett is the default but older calculation; some clinicians prefer Fridericia, which is a newer method.
  5. Check the highlighted parts. The power filter must be set to 50 Hz for UK and European use, then click OK.
  6. Click PRINT SETTINGS

  7. Typically, you will only need to change the highlighted part and  click OK once done

  8. Close down CardioView
  9. Run the ECG again via the Intelligent Integration Interface.
