How to do a test patient call from within TPP SystmOne

It is possible to test the CodaSign Patient Call from within SystmOne, provided that the PC sending the call has been configured to use an Envisage board. See Patient Call Configuration in TPP SystmOne for information on how to set this up.

  1.  From within SystmOne click Appointments
  2. Click Send Message to Call Board
  3. Type your test message in the box and click OK 
  4. After a few seconds, the test message should appear on the TV screens.
