This guide will show you how to install and configure the Intelligent Integration Interface for use with the SpiroConnect. If you need the license keys, please request them by visiting the Numed Installation Guides and Request Licenses page.
All steps in this guide must be followed for your device to work correctly. The installation and configuration will take between 20 and 40 minutes to complete.
Installation of the Intelligent Integration Interface
Run as administrator SpiroConnect.exe and click Yes
Click OK
Put a tick in Create a desktop shortcut and click Next
Click Install
Click Next
Click Finish
Ensure Launch SpiroConnect Data Manager is ticked and click Finish

Click Yes to create a new database
We recommend using the default database name and location; however, you can choose to save this in a different location if required. Then click Save.
Click SETTINGS
Set each tab as follows, and click OK once done. If ArtiQ has been purchased, please see the bottom of this page for information

Close SpiroConnect Data Manager and click OK
Run as administrator SpiroConnect - Copy Settings to All Users (Run as Administrator).bat and press any key once done
Configuration of Intelligent Integration Interface (I3)
Launch the Intelligent Integration Interface (I3) and click the settings cog in the top right-hand corner
Configure correctly as per the clinical system.

Please note that the EMIS Web Server is set for England in this example; please ensure that you select the correct one for the region. The Organisation ID is the EMIS number (may be known as a CDB number).

We recommend that you use a dedicated Vision account with the Intelligent Integration Interface. If one hasn't already been setup we suggest a username of "NUMED".
The use CHI number is for Scottish customers only.

Clanwilliam
The Intelligent Integration Interface works with both Socrates (local server only) and HealthOne. Please note that it does not work with Socrates Cloud.
Click Add license
Enter the supplied license key and click Internet Activation, click Close once the license is activated - the license key in the image below is a dummy and will not activate.
If you get an error activating the license key, please contact support via the live chat on this page.
Click on Manage products
Ensure that your device is ticked. If you have any other devices already enabled, please leave them ticked. Then click Save
Check that the Spirometry settings tab is correct, then click Save.
Your software is now fully configured and ready for use if at any point you experience any issues, please use the live chat option on this page.
For TPP SystmOne customers, please ensure that a user with high-level access runs the software for the first time to approve the connection to SystmOne
For the EMIS web, please ensure that the Intelligent Integration Interface Partner API has been fully activated in the EMAS manager before the first use. Please see How to configure EMAS Manager for I3 for further information on this.ArtiQ Integration
If ArtiQ has been purchased from Clario, enter the API key ID and Key Secret supplied by Clario into the ArtiQ tab of the settings. Please ensure you copy the key exactly to ensure that the software will work.
